We understand life happens and you may need to cancel your scheduled service(s). So long as the service has not been initiated or completed, we can accept short notice cancellations. If the service has started or been completed, the pet owner is responsible for paying for the service in full.
We require payment in full prior to services being performed.
-Dog walks can be paid in advance on a weekly basis
-Boarding must be paid in full prior to the start of the stay

We offer flexible scheduling and will always try to work with your schedule needs. We encourage scheduling for boarding, especially for holidays.
We ask that you provide the following prior to any services:
We want you and your pet to feel safe and secure with our pet care handlers. Prior to any service, we offer a free meet and greet to introduce ourselves and get to know your pets. This is your opportunity to get to know the person that will be taking care of your furry loved one.
If your pet is boarding with us, we set up a convenient time for you to come to our facility and meet our Pack Leaders.
If we are visiting your pet for services, we come to you so your pet knows who we are when we come through the door.
Prior to any stays, we ask that your pet be up to date on shots, healthy, and on a rabies and heart worm preventative. All animals must be spayed/neutered before being boarded with us.
If your pet is sick and needs in home care, please let us know so we can best care for your animal and try to keep them comfortable, safe, and happy.
If your pet has special needs or medications, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your pet's needs.
